I acquired this app to make personalized icons for my Mac. My Mac (OSX El Capitan) uses .icns extensions for icons. When I supply my .png file to this app to create a .icns file, the app only creates a set of more .png files of different sizes. This is useless. The .png file output is not written in this app’s description and there is zero support for this app.

I tried out this program for generating icons for my iphone/ipad apps. The program is pretty good for my needs, so Im happy with it. It generates an Appicon.appiconset folder, so I rename it to whatever.imageset so I can use it as an icon imageset. It always generates 9 more sizes than xcode needs, so I end up deleting the extra ones. For some reason, it does not generate the 1x icons for iPhone. But it does generate the correct sizes for iphone 2x, 3x, and for iPad 1x, 2x.

This app created all icons from a single image I received from the designer. I am really glad I don’t have to spend time resizing, renaming images any more! Thanks Nicolas!

This is great and does what it says it will expect for the fact that it doesn’t have the icons for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus

The app seems very good, except that It’s missing iPad Pro icons

My previous app for this task was 2Icon, and it doesn’t output the right sizes for the latest version of Xcode. This app worked perfectly right out of the gate, and the price is right! Thanks Nicolas!!
